Cooling-off and eligibility
For goods bought at a distance, New Zealand consumers may have cancellation rights under applicable law. This policy adds practical steps for items sold through vivwhkne.ddd.
Physical products
You may return unused physical items in original packaging within fourteen days of delivery, unless the item is marked as non-returnable at purchase. Contact us first so we can share the return address and any customs notes needed for international parcels.
Digital downloads
Once a download link has been delivered and accessed, refunds are usually not available because the content cannot be returned. If a file is defective, we will replace it or refund within a reasonable period after you describe the issue.
Shipping costs on returns
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect through our error, return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend tracked mail because lost returns cannot be refunded.
How to start
