Try slow neck nods, wrist circles, and seated thoracic rotations while both feet rest on the floor. Keep the screen glance optional—feel the motion first.
While water heats
Light calf rises, easy side reaches, or a calm box-step if space allows. Stop before balance feels uncertain and hold the bench if needed.
Soft-seated options
Figure-four shapes, ankle circles, or a supported twist with pillows can happen without a mat. Skip anything that crowds the couch edge.
Sound and light matter
Lower notifications for a minute if you can. A softer lamp or daylight from a side window often makes it easier to notice how a motion feels.
